THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED:

                     1.  Multiple Listing Service Listing

                     2.  CMA (Comps) to help establish a selling price

                     3.  Sales contracts

                     4. Yard Sign

                     5.  Negotiation assistance

                     6.  Assist prospects with obtaining financing (if desired)

                     7. The closing process after a contract is signed

THE SELLER PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING:

                1.  Showing the property to prospects

                    2.  Advertising

                    3. Decision as to what % commission to pay Buyers Agents

THE CHARGES FOR LIMITED SERVICE ARE:

                    1.  $500 paid initially for the MLS listing, sign, contract

                    2.  1/2 of 1% of the final selling price when the property is sold (paid at closing from the sale proceeds)
